Booking space on a Day Walk or Weekend Meet

Contact us via our site's Home page, Facebook page www.facebook.com/ForthValleyMountaineeringClub or visit us at our social evening in a local pub on the first Tuesday of each month from around 7.30pm - contact us for details, or see our Facebook page for monthly location (posted about a week in advance).

The Day Walks don't require formal bookings, but it is advised to contact the club to indicate interest and possible attendance. Weekend Meets require to be booked. If there are spaces, then one or more meets can be booked by payment for the spaces upfront to the meet secretary or on-line. Only when payment is received are spaces allocated by the meets secretary.

Allocation of spaces depends entirely on when the club receives the money or is notified by e-mail that an electronic bank payment has been made. Hut fees are non-returnable. In exceptional circumstances the chair may agree to the return of monies. If individuals cannot attend a meet that they have booked, they are expected to tell the meet secretary so that the space is made available for others.
