Other miscellaneous activity during April covered a variety of day outings and long distance walking both here and in Ireland.

06/04; AS & GG have a bright and breezy day on Broughton Heights and adjacent summits.

07/04/; MMcE & LW embarked on a pleasurable walk on the River Ayr Way covering 3 x days. On day1, Glenbuck to Sorn. Above are railway relics in Spireslack Glen, behind heritage village.

On day 2; Sorn to Annbank, with Sorn castle featured above.

On day 3; Annbank to Ayr beach. Part of the track down to the river.

Nearing the end, the Mouth of the river Ayr with Arran behind.

17/04; AM gave his nephew an introduction to hiking by taking him out to West Lomond and the Bunnet Stane.

Lovely wee hike.

17/04; AS is with RM on an Irish road trip and takes time to scope the Twelve Bens in Connemara.

19/04; MMcE & pal cycle and walk up Corbett A'Chaoirnich at the Gaick pass, giving fine views…MMcE is captured here by a less than fine phone!
