Six club members made there way to the Corrie Croft Bunkhouse on the Isle of Arran in the Friday evening sunshine hoping that the weather forecast for the weekend was going to be incorrect. Unfortunately it was accurate and it rained most of Saturday. MM and JH took a bus to Fairhaven (Catacol Bay) and walked to Loch Tanna and back over Beinn Bharrain, Mullach Buidhe, Beinn Bhraic, Meall Biorach and Meall nan Damh. The highlight of the walk being a visit to the Catacol Hotel to enjoy a couple of pints of Arran ale while drying out and waiting for the bus back to Corrie.
Sunday was dry with low cloud. MM, JH, DY and BR walked up Goat Fell following the path from High Corrie. The best weather of the day was at the top of the hill where the sun almost broke through the clouds. From Goat Fell we descended to Brodick Castle and met up with JI and LY.

BR, JI & DY on their trip around N.Goatfell, The Saddle & Glen Sannox.
