February 2017 Weekend Meet: Alex Macintyre Hut, Onich

Six members attended the meet at the Alex Macintyre Memorial Hut, Onich, over the weekend of February 17-19. The best of the weather was on Friday with ascents made of Meall a Bhuiridh, Stob Ban and Mullach nan Coirean as well as two Corbetts in Glen Roy. It was gey dreich on the Saturday when ascents were made of Meall a Phuibil and Meall na Lighiche. Sunday wasn't much better although Ben Tee and the Pap of Glencoe were climbed. No snow worth talking about and the ground was saturated with melt water run-off. Stream crossings required care.
