Marian did a solo ascent of Am Faochagach as nobody else fancied the bog trot. Warm, sunny with 360 degree panorama. Spotted some sundews in a puddle on way down then had to walk to Corrieshalloch Gorge car park for a lift back from from the two Johns and Brian who had been climbing Beinn Dearg. Malcolm, Nick and Jonathan spent the day (10 hours of it) going to Suilven and back via the track from Elphin. Great day for Suilven but a bit gusty on top.

Sunday

Group ascent of Corbett Meall Horn near Arkle. Fab day. Good fun. Just the odd afternoon shower.

John ''lemming'' Irving took the direct steep route while the rest of us went via the col. VIews of Arkle, Foinaven, Ben Hope, Ben Stack and Loch Eriboll with rainbows. Returned to car via a long ridge. A cold beer at Kylesku hotel was very nice too.

Nick and Jonathan opted for a visit to Eas a' Chual Aluinn, Britain's highest waterfall and got caught in a thunderstorm on the way back.
