Eight members attend this meet at a hut we regularly use. It was a superb weekend weather-wise and ideal for climbing and/or walking.
Two members took on the daunting task of tackling Ben Aden in a day trip from the end of Loch Arkaig (yes really). They were up and away before the rest of us were out of bed and not back until we had retired for the night on the Saturday. A mammoth effort which had the rest of us shaking our head in disbelief.
Three members climbed the big, bulky Corbett Fraochaidh on the Saturday whilst another two took the Corran Ferry to Ardgour for a long day over Druim Garbh, Sgorr Dhomnuill and Sgur na h'Iginn.
The eighth member settled for some low level rambling around Ballachulish.
On the Sunday five members went down to Loch Creran and tackled Creach Bheinn (more like creaky ben when four are in their sixties and one in his seventies).
The Ben Aden pair were unsurprisingly a bit tired, one heading straight home the other enjoying a leg stretch on the West Highland Way near Tyndrum with her travelling companion.
An excellent meet.
First picture shows the view west over Beinn Resipol from high on Druim Garbh. Second is the approach to Sgorr Dhomnuill.
